Our Contract Manager will visit you at least once a month, or more often if preferred, in order to review your needs and carry out a written Quality Audit. This way we can monitor our performance effectively and carry on giving you the service we promised at the start. As we are local, a member of our team will always be available to assist you or visit, all you need do is call. |
